This 684-square-foot breakout space connects The New White Loft and The New Victorian Loft, creating the perfect retreat for smaller gatherings within your larger celebration. Step inside and you'll discover our carefully curated mix of plush leather sofas and armchairs arranged around a central coffee table, inviting your guests to sink in and relax. The high ceilings and generous windows flood the room with natural light during daytime events, while the exposed wooden beams and original warehouse features add character that sets the mood for evening parties. We've added contemporary touches like vibrant lamps and an ornate mirror that catch the eye without overwhelming the space. The wooden floors create a warm foundation for various party setups. We can arrange the room for 30 guests during cocktail receptions, or create a more intimate dining experience for 16 around beautifully dressed tables. For product launches or brand presentations, the 85" TV and integrated sound system ensure your message comes across clearly. When you need a different atmosphere, we can black out the windows to transform The Chalet into an atmospheric screening room for film premieres or video presentations.
