The professional lighting rig bathes the room in whatever mood you're after, while our dance floor beckons at the centre of it all. We've hosted everything from raucous birthday celebrations to elegant wedding receptions here, and the space adapts brilliantly to each occasion. The fully-stocked bar runs along one side, staffed by our experienced team who keep drinks flowing throughout your event. High tables and relaxed seating areas create natural spots for conversation, whilst still keeping everyone connected to the main action. When bands take to our stage, the professional-grade sound system delivers crystal-clear audio to every corner, whether you're booking a jazz quartet or a rock band that'll have everyone on their feet. We regularly transform Metric for different events. Corporate award ceremonies make use of our theatre-style setup for 60 guests, complete with stage presentations and spotlight moments. Wedding couples love how the space opens up for 400 standing guests, with room for both dining areas and that all-important dance floor. Our lighting technicians work with you to create exactly the atmosphere you want, from subtle uplighting during dinner service to full club-spec effects when the DJ takes over.
