The Mezzanine sits above the main bar action, giving you the best of both worlds: privacy when you need it, buzz when you want it. Up here on our elevated perch, we've kept the industrial bones of the building intact, with exposed brick walls and ceiling pipes that tell the story of this former warehouse. Our long wooden table anchors the space, surrounded by a deliberately mismatched collection of chairs that somehow just works. We can seat 25 around it for those boardroom sessions or dinner parties where everyone needs to see everyone else. Standing events? We've squeezed 40 up here comfortably, cocktails in hand, without anyone feeling like sardines. That flatscreen mounted on the brick wall has screened everything from World Cup matches during birthday parties to quarterly reports during team away days. The Wi-Fi actually works up here (a minor miracle in London), and our music system lets you set whatever mood you're after. We've had DJs spin vinyl for 30th birthdays and acoustic sets for product launches. The décor walks that fine line between industrial and intimate. We've scattered books and vases around because blank surfaces make us nervous, and the warm lighting takes the edge off all that exposed brick. From up here, you can watch the bar below without being part of the scrum, perfect for when your group wants to dip in and out of the main venue energy. Our kitchen sends up the same menu as downstairs, from proper dinners to sharing plates that actually get shared.
