William's Lounge sits on our ground floor, right where delegates naturally gather before heading into the auditorium. We've watched countless events unfold here, from pharmaceutical product launches to charity networking evenings, and the space adapts beautifully to each one. The warm wooden floors and contemporary furnishings create an atmosphere that feels professional yet relaxed, while the open layout gives your guests room to move and mingle. The room comfortably holds 160 people for standing receptions or 60 when arranged with seating. We often see event organisers using the space creatively, perhaps setting up registration desks near the entrance or creating informal networking zones with our colourful chairs and simple tables. The plasma screen mounted on the wall displays your branding or presentation materials, while two private glass offices tucked to the side work perfectly as cloakrooms or your event headquarters. Our in-house catering team brings food and drinks directly to William's Lounge, working with seasonal ingredients to create menus that match your requirements. We cater for all dietary needs, including halal, kosher, vegan and gluten-free options, something we've refined through years of hosting diverse corporate and social gatherings. The space connects seamlessly with our other rooms, making it particularly useful as a breakout area during conferences or a pre-dinner drinks space before events in our dining room.
