Red lanterns cast their glow across the Martini Lounge as another Friday night kicks into gear. We've watched countless celebrations unfold in this space, from raucous 30th birthdays to sophisticated product launches, and each one transforms the room in its own way. The lounge holds 120 standing or 50 seated, numbers we know work perfectly when the private bar's in full swing. Those plush banquettes along the walls become conversation hubs early in the evening, while the large booths fill with groups toasting everything from promotions to hen parties. The geometric patterns on our floors guide the flow between the bar and seating areas, creating natural gathering spots that keep the energy moving. Our bartenders love working the private bar here, experimenting with cocktail combinations that match the mood of each event. The room's warm orange and red tones seem to encourage people to try something different, maybe that twist on a classic martini they've been curious about. When the music starts pumping through our sound system, usually as the night progresses, those same colours pulse with the rhythm. The zigzag flooring might look bold in photos, but it works brilliantly when the space fills with people. Combined with our mirror installations and neon accents, the whole room creates this immersive atmosphere that makes phones come out for photos all night long. Our projector handles presentations for corporate gatherings, then disappears when party mode takes over. Being on Bennetts Hill puts us right where Birmingham's nightlife thrives, with New Street Station close enough that last trains home aren't a worry. The Martini Lounge captures what we do best, taking a beautifully designed space and letting each group make it their own for the night.
