Been working at this Dirty Martini for two years now, and I still love the buzz when we transform the place for a big event. We're right on Bennetts Hill - prime Birmingham territory - and you can feel the energy change as the evening crowd rolls in from the nearby offices. The thing about our space is it works just as well for 20 people having leaving drinks as it does for 200 taking over the whole venue. That flexibility comes from how we've designed it - the Martini Lounge gives groups privacy while keeping that cocktail bar atmosphere, and when someone books the whole place? We go all out. Our bar team takes their cocktails seriously (borderline obsessively, if I'm honest). Happy hour gets busy for good reason - quality doesn't drop just because prices do. The kitchen keeps pace too, sending out plates that complement the drinks perfectly. When our resident DJs start up, usually around 9, everything shifts up a gear. We've become the go-to for Birmingham hen parties and Christmas dos, but we also handle corporate stuff with style.
