At street level in our Shoreditch hotel, Kaijo welcomes you with walls of glass that frame an unexpected view: our original graffiti wall meets a sunken garden, where East London's raw creativity sits alongside Japanese-inspired landscaping. This ground-floor event space transforms throughout the day as natural light floods through floor-to-ceiling windows, creating different moods from morning meetings to evening celebrations. We've designed Kaijo to work exactly how you need it. The moveable wall panels mean we can create intimate spaces for 30 around our boardroom table, or open everything up for 180 guests at a standing reception. The terrazzo flooring anchors the room while black furnishings and carefully placed greenery add sophistication without overwhelming your event's personality. For seated dinners, we accommodate 120 guests comfortably, with cabaret-style arrangements for 70 or theatre seating for 120 when presentations take centre stage. Every technical detail has been considered: our projector and flatscreen work seamlessly with the PA system, while Wi-Fi and air conditioning run reliably in the background. The space opens directly onto the street through private access, making load-ins straightforward and keeping your event feeling exclusive.
