We've designed this space to work brilliantly for groups of up to 36 seated or 40 standing, whether you're gathering colleagues for a strategy session or celebrating a milestone with friends. Natural light pours through the generous windows, illuminating the warm wooden furniture and carefully chosen plants that bring the garden theme to life. We find the combination of greenery and daylight helps keep energy levels high during longer events, particularly those afternoon presentations that can sometimes drag. The adjustable lighting system means you can shift from bright, focused illumination for daytime meetings to something softer and more atmospheric for evening celebrations. Our technical setup handles whatever your event requires. The high-definition projector and retractable screen make presentations crisp and clear, while the PA system ensures everyone can hear contributions from around the room. We've installed conference call facilities too, so remote participants can join seamlessly. The soundproofing gives you complete privacy, something our corporate clients particularly appreciate when discussing sensitive matters. The flexibility of this room continues to surprise us. Last month alone, we hosted a charity auction dinner, several birthday celebrations, and multiple business strategy sessions.
