We designed El Salon for those times when you need privacy without feeling cut off - the glass partitions let you glimpse the energy of our main restaurant while keeping your conversations contained. Fifteen plush modern chairs circle the table, each one chosen for comfort during long dinners or afternoon meetings. The room works beautifully for different occasions. Last week we hosted a wine merchant showcasing new Spanish vintages, the week before that a family celebrating a golden anniversary with multiple courses of tapas flowing from our kitchen. Corporate groups book El Salon for working lunches where they can spread documents across the table between plates of jamón and manchego.
