Sunlight pours through floor-to-ceiling windows in our Pavilion, where modern design meets the tranquil beauty of our Gardens Through Time. This contemporary space at Museum of the Home has hosted everything from art exhibitions to wedding receptions, and we've discovered it works brilliantly for both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations. The room accommodates up to 80 guests for drinks receptions, 60 for theatre-style presentations, or 48 for seated dinners. Those numbers work perfectly, we've found, allowing everyone to mingle comfortably while still feeling the energy of the party. The neutral palette and clean lines mean you can transform the space however you like, whether that's dramatic uplighting for an evening celebration or simple florals for a daytime gathering. What really sets the Pavilion apart are those glass doors opening directly onto our gardens. During summer parties, guests naturally flow between inside and out, cocktails in hand, while winter events benefit from the garden views creating a peaceful backdrop. We've got built-in AV facilities including projector and sound system, plus blackout screens when you need them, making this as suitable for film screenings as it is for birthday parties. Getting here couldn't be easier, just three minutes walk from Hoxton Station puts you right in the heart of Shoreditch. Our approved caterers know the space inside out and can create menus from canapés to three-course dinners, plus you're welcome to bring your own alcohol. The space is fully wheelchair accessible with step-free access throughout. From product launches that spill into the gardens to wedding receptions under the stars, the Pavilion adapts to your vision.
