Press for champagne becomes more than a novelty here, it's part of the theatre when you're hosting up to 18 guests around our banquet table, with that famous button within easy reach of every plush leather seat. Designer Shayne Brady's vision brings nautical luxury to life through ornate chandeliers casting warm light across the room, while vibrant stained glass panels add unexpected splashes of colour against the sophisticated backdrop. Natural light filters through the windows during daytime events, offering glimpses of the City's skyline as your backdrop. We've included a dedicated drinks area where you can showcase those special bottles, whether you're pulling a Jeroboam from our wine list or serving Oyster Martinis before dinner. The full à la carte menu arrives straight from our kitchen, from caviar service through to beef Wellington and French classics like duck confit. For tighter schedules, express set menus run 12:00-3:00pm daily and 5:30-6:30pm Monday through Saturday. Rather than room hire fees, we work on minimum spend starting from £55 per person for set menus, with our wine mark-up capped at £75 even on the finest vintages.
