The fifth floor of Harvey Nichols transforms when you step into CANVAS, our 90-person capacity space that feels worlds away from the Knightsbridge shopping bustle below. We've stripped back this room to its essentials, polished wooden floors, clean white walls, and those magnificent floor-to-ceiling windows that turn afternoon gatherings golden and evening parties into something magical with the city lights as your backdrop. Our Whole Venue hire gives you complete control over every square metre. The integrated sound system and professional DJ decks are already installed along the back wall, ready for your playlist or live DJ. The fully functional bar runs the length of one side, stocked and staffed according to your preferences. We've installed adjustable lighting throughout, from bright and professional for product launches to dimmed and atmospheric for birthday celebrations. The space adapts to your numbers perfectly. For standing receptions, we comfortably accommodate 125 guests mingling with drinks. Prefer a seated dinner? We'll arrange tables for 80 guests banquet-style, or configure round tables for 60 in cabaret layout. Corporate presentations work brilliantly here too, with classroom seating for 85 or boardroom setup for 30. The stage area anchors one end of the room, ideal for speeches, performances, or your DJ setup. We're a dry hire venue, which means you choose your own caterers, decorators, and entertainment. Our events team stays behind the scenes, managing the cloakroom, handling deliveries to our back-of-house storage, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from our 8am opening to our 11pm close. WiFi runs throughout for social media moments or business presentations. Knightsbridge Underground is literally moments away, and Hyde Park sits just across the road.
