Studio DAWN welcomes party planners seeking something beyond the usual East London event spaces. This 2,000 square foot studio on our ground floor transforms throughout the day as sunlight pours through those magnificent arched windows we've carefully restored. The polished concrete floors reflect the natural light beautifully, while the minimalist white walls become whatever backdrop your celebration needs. That impressive 14ft-wide cove has hosted everything from live bands to theatrical presentations, and works brilliantly as a natural stage for speeches or performances. We've watched DJs set up there, seen it dressed with flowers for milestone birthdays, and even had it transformed into a cocktail bar for brand launches. The high ceilings mean you can really go to town with decorations, suspended installations, or dramatic lighting effects. Our separate internal room proves invaluable during parties. Most groups use it as a proper cloakroom, though we've also seen it converted into a VIP area, a quiet space for older guests, or a prep room where birthday surprises get organised. The versatility means you're not cramming coats into corners or losing valuable party space to practical necessities. The studio comfortably fits 170 guests for drinks and dancing, or we can arrange seating for 50 if you're planning a dinner party. Previous clients have loved the BYO alcohol flexibility, allowing them to create their own bar setup exactly how they want it. Our in-house coffee facilities keep the early arrivals happy, and the air conditioning ensures everyone stays comfortable even when the dance floor fills up.
