The Exchange sits at the heart of our co-living building, where 182 square meters of industrial architecture meets bohemian soul. We've created something different from your typical London party space, a room that breathes with possibility. Our Funktion One sound system turns this space into a proper venue when the music starts. The club-standard DJ booth has hosted everything from corporate celebrations to birthday parties, while our programmable lighting transforms the atmosphere from afternoon networking to late-night dancing. The projection equipment handles film screenings as smoothly as product launches, adapting to whatever your event demands. We configure the space to match your vision. For drinks receptions, we welcome up to 200 guests who flow naturally between the bar and the mix of high stools and comfortable seating areas. When you need a more intimate setup, we arrange long wooden tables for 60 seated guests, perfect for celebration dinners or team gatherings. The fully stocked bar keeps the drinks flowing, while our in-house catering team brings years of experience working in this exact space, crafting menus from morning coffee service through to evening feasts.
