Raw brick walls and white pillars frame our Ground Floor Gallery, where 2,500 square feet of industrial character meets modern functionality. We've kept the original Victorian warehouse bones intact, with exposed brickwork running along the perimeter and five structural pillars creating natural zones throughout the space. The mix of wooden and concrete flooring tells the story of this building's evolution from working warehouse to creative hub. Corporate teams particularly love how the space transforms. For conferences and workshops, we arrange classroom seating for up to 130 participants, with the pillars providing natural breakpoints for different session areas. When it's time to celebrate, whether for product launches or company parties, the gallery opens up to welcome 200 guests for drinks receptions. The halogen spotlights overhead provide excellent illumination, and we've installed plenty of electric sockets throughout to support presentations, lighting rigs, or DJ equipment. Music fills this space beautifully. We regularly host bands and DJs here, with events running until midnight. The acoustics work surprisingly well thanks to the varied wall surfaces – brick, wood, and plasterboard – which prevent the echo you might expect in such a large room. For film crews and photographers, these different textures provide multiple backdrop options without leaving the gallery. The gallery's dimensions (22 metres long, 12 metres at the widest point narrowing to 6.5 metres) create interesting possibilities for event flow. We can supply small tables and chairs, and if you need to section off areas, our partition walls are available for hire. There's even some storage space tucked away for keeping equipment or supplies out of sight. Just upstairs, you'll find additional toilets supplementing the courtyard facilities, and our café provides catering options throughout your event. The creative energy from our artist studios above filters down, adding an authentic artistic atmosphere to any gathering.
