The Ann Rylands & Terrace brings together Georgian grace and a secret rooftop garden right in the heart of Marylebone. Push open the French windows from the Ann Rylands Room and you'll discover our verdant terrace, complete with jasmine, olive trees and views across London's rooftops that make every event feel special. Inside, original wall sconces cast warm light across period details, while the working fireplace adds atmosphere to winter gatherings. We've carefully preserved these 18th-century features whilst ensuring the space works brilliantly for modern events. The room comfortably seats 10 for intimate dinners or board meetings, with natural light flooding in through those generous windows. The real magic happens when you combine both spaces. Our terrace transforms summer parties, with its artificial grass lawn creating a proper garden feel six floors up. We can accommodate 40 guests for drinks receptions out here, and yes, you can absolutely bring your own playlist or DJ to set the mood. Those olive trees aren't just decorative either, they provide natural shade for afternoon gatherings. Our kitchen team handles everything from working lunches to full dinner service, with menus covering halal, kosher, vegan and gluten-free requirements. The bar stays open until 11pm, and we're fully licensed for those celebration toasts. All the AV equipment you'd expect is discretely installed and ready to go. Getting here couldn't be easier with Regent's Park Station just minutes away, and we've made sure the space is fully wheelchair accessible.
