**The Gallery** From our mezzanine level, you'll watch the theatre of service unfold below while your own private dining story takes shape. The Gallery occupies a privileged position above our main restaurant, where original Victorian arches frame views across the dining room through those magnificent chapel windows. We've kept the space intimate, with room for 16 guests around our boardroom table. Natural light pours through the arched windows during lunch service, illuminating the exposed brickwork that tells the building's history. Come evening, our lighting transforms the atmosphere completely, creating something more dramatic for those important dinners. Business lunches happen here regularly, though we've also hosted milestone birthdays, anniversary dinners and plenty of deal-closing celebrations.
