We transform the Flight gallery into your event space by opening our replica aircraft hangar doors to reveal a world where aviation history becomes your backdrop. Full-sized aircraft hang suspended above your guests, from early biplanes to jets that changed how we travel, each one carefully positioned to create dramatic sightlines throughout the space. The gallery accommodates 400 guests for standing receptions or 350 for seated dinners and dancing. Corporate launches gain momentum here, with product reveals staged beneath historic aircraft. Private celebrations unfold under wings and propellers, while gala dinners see tables arranged between landing gear and engine displays. The overhead walkways let curious guests explore closer views of the suspended planes, turning networking breaks into mini adventures. Our lighting system brings the aircraft to life after dark, casting shadows and highlights that shift the atmosphere from day to evening events. The industrial architecture of the hangar provides natural acoustics for speeches and presentations, while our technical team manages sound levels to keep conversations flowing comfortably below. Professional kitchens service the space directly, with our catering partners creating menus that range from canapé receptions to three-course dinners. The fully licensed bars positioned throughout ensure smooth service even at capacity. Wi-Fi covers the entire gallery, supporting presentations, live streaming, or social media moments as guests share photos with aircraft overhead. South Kensington and Gloucester Road stations both sit within a short walk, with step-free access from street level through to the gallery floor. Our events team coordinates logistics from load-in to clear-out, managing supplier access and timeline details.
