The Channing Williams room sits on the first floor of our Georgian townhouse, where original portraits share wall space with contemporary abstracts that catch your eye between conversations. Red carpet runs beneath your feet as you settle into one of the comfortable sofas by the window, where Greek Street's rhythm plays out below while remaining pleasantly muted. We've arranged this room to work however you need it. For formal dinners, we set our polished table for up to 20 guests, with the chandelier casting just the right amount of warm light across the glassware. When you're planning something more relaxed, perhaps drinks and canapés for 30 friends or colleagues, we clear the centre and let people drift between the seating areas and the bar setup we create in the corner. The tall Georgian windows do most of the work during daytime events, flooding the space with natural light that shows off the artwork properly. Come evening, that same chandelier transforms the atmosphere completely, creating the kind of intimate glow that makes dinner parties memorable. We've installed a flatscreen TV and PA system discreetly, so presentations run smoothly without dominating the room's character. Our chef prepares everything downstairs in our kitchen, sending up plates that match the room's unpretentious elegance. The menu changes daily, but we always focus on quality ingredients prepared simply and well. For business meetings, we can arrange the room boardroom-style for 20, or theatre-style to seat 25 comfortably. Getting here couldn't be easier, with Tottenham Court Road Station just minutes away. Once you're through our door on Greek Street, the bustle of Soho feels surprisingly distant. The Channing Williams room has hosted everything from product launches to birthday celebrations, each event taking advantage of this unique blend of heritage charm and practical modern touches.
