This reverse truncated cone isn't just architecturally striking, it's a fully immersive venue where your party unfolds beneath a digital cosmos created by our cutting-edge laser projectors. We regularly transform this space from its daytime role showing astronomical wonders into an extraordinary party venue. The dome above becomes your personal canvas, whether you're projecting custom visuals for a product launch or creating atmospheric starscapes for birthday celebrations. Our technical team works with you to design projections that match your event's mood, from swirling galaxies during cocktail hour to synchronized light shows that pulse with your DJ's beats. The room comfortably hosts 130 guests for standing receptions or 80 for seated dinners, with seating arranged to ensure everyone experiences the full impact of the dome overhead. During summer events, guests naturally flow between the Planetarium and our adjoining terrace, where the bronze architecture creates dramatic shadows against Greenwich Park's greenery. From here, Canary Wharf's towers punctuate the horizon while the Thames curves through the landscape below.
