The Beanfeast room sits on our first floor, where Thames views pour through restored sash windows that once watched munitions workers arrive by boat. We've polished the original timber floors to a warm glow, revealing wood that's supported countless footsteps since 1805. The exposed brick walls tell their own industrial story, while the restored timber ceiling creates an intimate canopy overhead, perfect for wedding receptions and celebration dinners. Up to 170 guests can gather here for standing receptions, mingling between the brick pillars while boats drift past on the Thames below. For seated dinners, we arrange tables for 100 in banquet style, or create a more relaxed cabaret setup with the same capacity. Corporate presentations work beautifully in theatre layout for 170, while boardroom and classroom configurations accommodate 60 for more focused discussions. Our flexible track lighting system lets you set exactly the right mood, from bright and energetic for product launches to soft and romantic for evening celebrations. The room's natural light transforms throughout the day, casting different patterns across the timber floor as the sun moves along the river. We've installed full AV facilities and air conditioning while preserving every historic detail that makes this space special. Your guests can arrive via our main lift or take the stairs, but the private riverfront entrance adds real drama for those coming by boat. The Beanfeast connects easily with our Knight Gallery and Stonecutters Studio next door, allowing parties to flow between spaces or conferences to break into smaller sessions. Getting here takes just minutes from Woolwich Arsenal station, where the Elizabeth line, DLR and river pier connect you to central London. Our restored munitions factory provides the kind of backdrop that turns any gathering into something your guests will remember long after they leave.
