This corner of our Caribbean haven holds up to 50 guests standing or 25 seated, making it the perfect spot for birthday parties that run late into the night or casual corporate gatherings where the usual stiffness melts away after the first round of rum punch. Our curved wooden bar dominates the space, its corrugated metal base catching the light that streams through the large windows overlooking the South Bank. Behind it, bottles of rum from across the Caribbean line the shelves, waiting to be mixed into cocktails that taste like sunshine. The bartenders know their craft, muddling fresh mint, squeezing limes, and pouring our signature LIMIN Rum Punch with the kind of flair that makes watching them work part of the entertainment.
