This former industrial workshop has kept its soul intact, with exposed brick walls that have witnessed countless creative moments now ready to frame your celebration. Daylight pours through east-facing windows and diffused skylights, creating natural spotlights for afternoon gatherings. As evening approaches, our electronic blackout blinds transform the atmosphere at the touch of a button, letting you shift from bright birthday brunch to moody cocktail party. The vaulted ceilings soar to 25 feet at their peak, giving even packed dance floors room to breathe. We've designed Studio A to handle parties of every scale. The space comfortably hosts 175 guests for cocktail receptions, with plenty of room for mingling between the two-walled corner cove that creates an instant photo opportunity and the main floor where DJs set up shop. For seated dinners, we arrange tables for 170, while presentations or performances work beautifully with 150 in theatre-style seating. The studio's 88-foot length means you can create distinct zones, perhaps a bar area near the entrance transitioning to a dance floor at the far end. Our robust power supply handles ambitious lighting rigs and sound systems, while wireless broadband keeps social media buzzing throughout the night. The mobile makeup desk with daylight-balanced bulbs becomes a touch-up station for themed parties, and the private changing area proves invaluable for costume changes or surprise performances.
