Our Main Dining Room wraps around the centrepiece of ArrosQD, the spectacular six-meter wood-fired stove where paellas crackle and sizzle throughout service. We've arranged the seating to give every guest a front-row view of this culinary theatre, with rich dark tiles creating an intimate backdrop against vibrant orange chairs that echo the flames from our kitchen. The space works brilliantly for celebrations of all kinds. We can seat 65 guests for a formal dinner or welcome up to 80 for standing receptions, with the room's energy shifting naturally as the evening progresses. Those elegant chandeliers overhead cast just the right amount of light, while large windows flood the space with natural daylight during afternoon events. Our glazed wine cellar sits adjacent to the dining area, displaying our Spanish wine collection like a piece of art. We've equipped the room with everything needed for a proper party. The AV system handles presentations or background music beautifully, and when you want to turn things up, we have DJ facilities ready to transform dinner into dancing.
