Our mixologists at The Terrace Bar have spent months perfecting drinks that arrive as theatre, not just beverages. Watch as they create an Amaretto Sour encased in a bubble or serve our Old and New Era Mojito on a spoon, each cocktail emerging from careful experimentation in our laboratory-style setup behind the bar. The room itself sets its own scene, with rich dark wood paneling meeting plush green leather bar stools that curve along our well-stocked bar. Georges Goursat's playful illustrations, signed as "Sem," watch over proceedings from the walls, their whimsical characters adding unexpected charm to the sophisticated space. When our resident pianists take their place, the melodies drift through conversations, creating that particular Mayfair atmosphere where business deals merge seamlessly into social occasions. We've designed The Terrace Bar to work for various celebrations, from corporate cocktail receptions to birthday gatherings. The space accommodates up to 50 guests for banquet-style events, though many prefer the more relaxed arrangement where groups naturally form around the bar and comfortable seating areas. Our Molecular Cocktail Experience becomes a natural conversation starter, particularly when guests witness the Eton Mess arriving with its hammer to release vodka trapped in ice. The bar transforms throughout the day.
