The Shed Tucked away at the back of our North London gastropub, The Shed feels like discovering a secret dining room that someone forgot to tell you about. We've transformed what was once an actual garden shed into one of our most requested private spaces, complete with that original illuminated "SHED" sign that gets everyone talking. Twenty of you can gather around our long wooden table, which we've paired with those vintage chairs we rescued from an old theatre in Camden. The walls tell their own stories through carefully chosen artwork and that oversized gilt mirror that makes the space feel twice its size. When the weather cooperates, throw open the doors to our Patio Garden and suddenly you've got room for thirty guests moving between inside and out, drinks in hand. We've kept the character but added the bits that matter. Those decorative bulbs strung overhead create just the right glow for dinner parties, while our flatscreen TV and PA system handle everything from presentations to your carefully curated playlist. The acoustics work brilliantly for speeches too, something we discovered quite by accident during a particularly enthusiastic 50th birthday toast. Our kitchen sends dishes straight through to you, whether you're after our signature British classics or something from our European menu. We handle all dietary requirements, with our chef particularly proud of the vegan options that convert even the sceptics. Just off Fortis Green Road, we're a quick walk from East Finchley tube, and yes, we've got free parking for those driving. The space works beautifully for everything from book club dinners to small wedding receptions, team away-days to family celebrations where three generations need their own corner to properly catch up.
