The Main Dining Room transforms throughout the day, sunlight streaming through floor-to-ceiling windows in the morning, warm Edison bulbs taking over as evening falls. We've kept the warehouse bones visible, those original beams and brickwork telling the story of what this space used to be, while polished wooden floors and carefully chosen furnishings show what it's become. The room works hard for you, whatever you're planning. We can seat 120 for a formal dinner, the tables dressed and ready, or clear the floor for 250 people to mingle with drinks in hand. Corporate lunches happen here during the week, birthday parties take over on weekends, and we've hosted everything from product launches to wedding receptions. The layout shifts to match your needs, whether that's theatre-style rows for presentations, boardroom configuration for strategy sessions, or long banquet tables for celebration dinners.
