Right on Newcastle's Quayside, our Mezzanine & Private Terrace puts you face-to-face with the river and those famous bridges through floor-to-ceiling windows. This second-floor space has become the go-to spot for everything from 30th birthday parties to engagement celebrations, with room for 150 guests standing or 100 seated around tables. The mezzanine comes with its own private bar, where our bartenders keep the drinks flowing without anyone having to leave the party. Polished wooden floors and contemporary lighting create the right mood as day turns to evening, while the heated terrace gives your guests somewhere to step outside without losing the atmosphere. That terrace has become quite the talking point, covered and heated so it works year-round, with the Tyne Bridge and Millennium Bridge providing the backdrop for photos. We've hosted countless celebrations up here, from cocktail parties that spill between the indoor bar area and terrace, to sit-down dinners where every table gets those river views. The space adapts well, whether you want high tables for mingling or proper dining setup. Our kitchen prepares everything from canapé selections to full buffets, working with you to match the food to your event style. Getting here couldn't be simpler, with the Quayside location meaning everyone knows where to find us. We've got lift access to the mezzanine, making it properly accessible, plus all the practical bits sorted, from Wi-Fi throughout to a PA system for speeches or background music. The natural light during daytime events is something special, while evening parties benefit from both our lighting setup and the illuminated bridges outside. For corporate gatherings, we can arrange boardroom seating for up to 60, though most groups prefer the more relaxed setup with our in-house DJs adding to the atmosphere.
