Right on the edge of Newcastle's Quayside at number 108, we've got the best seat in the house for watching life flow along the Tyne. Our glass-fronted building frames those famous bridges - the Tyne Bridge, The Sage, and the Millennium Bridge - turning every event into something special with that backdrop. The mezzanine floor is where most of our parties happen. It's got its own private bar and heated terrace that opens right out to those river views. We can fit up to 150 guests up there, and the space works brilliantly for everything from 21st birthdays to wedding receptions. Corporate teams book it for their Christmas parties too - there's something about having your own floor that makes the whole thing feel more exclusive. Downstairs flows between our main bar area and the beer garden, with plenty of spots for smaller groups to gather. We've kept things flexible with the layout, so whether you're planning cocktails and canapés or a proper sit-down meal, we can arrange the space to work. Our kitchen does tailored buffets for private events, plus all the pub classics if you want a more relaxed menu. We're properly set up for parties here - accessible parking and entrance, baby changing facilities for family celebrations, high chairs if you need them, and free Wi-Fi throughout. Dogs are welcome too, which means no one has to miss out. During the week, we run 2-for-1 cocktails, and weekends bring our bottomless brunches - both popular additions to private bookings. The building itself does half the work for us with those floor-to-ceiling windows, but we've added weekend entertainment and can arrange specific music for your event. Product launches work particularly well here with the natural light and river setting creating the right atmosphere without trying too hard.
