Two floors of creative energy come together in our New White Loft & Palm Room combination at Lumiere London Old Street. We've paired these complementary spaces to give you flexibility for events that need room to breathe, whether that's a product launch with breakout sessions or a celebration that flows between floors. The New White Loft occupies 2,092 square feet on our third floor, where daylight floods through oversized windows. We've kept the palette clean and contemporary, with light timber floors and pops of green that bring life to the space. Your 130 guests can move freely during drinks receptions, or we'll arrange seating for 230 in theatre style when presentations take centre stage. The projector and flatscreen TV integrate seamlessly into the room's design, ready for whatever content you need to share. Directly below, the Palm Room creates a completely different mood. We've filled this space with plants and soft furnishings in calming tones, creating a retreat where 100 guests can gather for more intimate moments. Some groups use it for parallel sessions during conferences, others as a quiet zone during parties. The PA system and air conditioning keep everyone comfortable, while the flexible layout adapts from boardroom meetings for 90 to cabaret-style setups for 200. Together, these rooms work brilliantly for events that need variety. Corporate teams often start with presentations upstairs before breaking into workshop groups below. Evening events might begin with cocktails in the Palm Room before moving up to the White Loft for dinner and dancing. Both spaces share our building's industrial heritage, with hints of the original paper factory visible in the architecture, while our modern furnishings and tech infrastructure support today's event needs.
