The Main Arch draws you in with its distinctive curved ceiling, a feature that transforms this 35-square-metre space into something quite special. We've watched countless celebrations unfold beneath these white-painted arches, from milestone birthdays where the dance floor stays packed until closing, to cultural gatherings where families share stories over plates of our homemade doubles and curry. Our polished grey floors were chosen specifically for their versatility, whether you're setting up round tables for 30 guests or keeping the space clear for 40 people to mingle with drinks in hand. The small mezzanine level, reached by our staircase, often becomes the favourite spot for DJs or provides a clever way to create different zones within your party. Some hosts use it as a quieter conversation area, while others transform it into a photo backdrop spot. Natural light streams through the upper windows during afternoon events, while our overhead lighting creates just the right ambiance as evening falls. The entrance doors, dressed with curtains, give your guests that sense of arrival, marking the transition from busy South London streets to your private celebration. Our location in Brixton means your friends can easily find us, just a few minutes' walk from Loughborough Junction railway station, with Brixton tube also nearby for those coming from further afield. The creative energy of the neighbourhood spills into our space, where we regularly see everything from Caribbean-themed parties complete with steel pan music to contemporary birthday celebrations with playlist battles. The real magic happens when our kitchen gets involved. Our chefs prepare authentic Trinidadian specialties, from tender curry goat to vegetarian-friendly pelau, all made fresh for your event.
