The Gallery at The Showroom Gallery transforms from contemporary art space to party venue between our exhibition schedules, and we've hosted some brilliant celebrations over the years. This ground-floor space spans an impressive area with industrial features that create the perfect backdrop for everything from milestone birthdays to corporate celebrations that actually feel fun. Those exposed concrete floors and clean white walls you'll see aren't just stylish, they're practical too. Your DJ can set up without worrying about precious flooring, your caterer can work efficiently, and decorations pop against the neutral palette. The room holds 120 guests for standing receptions, though we find 100 gives everyone more space to mingle comfortably. For seated events, we can arrange 80 in theatre style or 50 in cabaret setup, perfect for those dinner parties that turn into dancing. Natural light pours through our large windows during daytime events, including that distinctive yellow-framed garage door that always gets people talking. Come evening, the space takes on a different character entirely, with the high ceilings and open layout creating an atmosphere that works whether you're hosting cocktails and canapés or a proper dance floor situation. We don't tie you to specific caterers, which means you can bring in that amazing Greek place down the road or work with high-end catering companies, whatever suits your style and budget. Our kitchenette handles prep and storage, and we can arrange AV equipment when you need presentations before the party starts. Being in a residential area does mean music wraps at 10pm Sunday through Thursday, 11pm on weekends, but most find this works perfectly for sophisticated celebrations that don't need to go until dawn. Half-day, full-day, and evening slots are all available, giving you flexibility to create exactly the celebration you're imagining.
