The wooden beams stretch across the ceiling of our Main Room, catching the light that streams through the skylights above. This is where birthday parties transform into dancing celebrations, where wedding receptions flow from formal dinners to late-night festivities, and where corporate presentations give way to networking over drinks at our fully-equipped bar. We've designed this space to work with your vision. The neutral walls and carpeting mean your decorations take centre stage, whether that's cascades of balloons for a child's party or elegant floral arrangements for a wedding reception. Those high ceilings with exposed beams create an atmosphere that feels both spacious and intimate, while natural light pours in during daytime events, shifting to warm evening ambience as the sun sets. The room comfortably seats 150 guests at round tables, or we can accommodate 200 for standing receptions. Our self-contained bar runs along one wall, stocked and ready for your event. Behind the scenes, you'll have access to our kitchen facilities including a refrigerator, four-burner cooker and oven, perfect for caterers who need final prep space. We include everything practical in your booking: tables, chairs, linen, cutlery, crockery and glasses, all set up before you arrive. Chair covers with coloured bows are part of the package too, with gold organza, gold satin, green satin, orange organza, and baby blue organza ready to match your colour scheme. Need something different? We can arrange other colours. Your seven-hour booking gives you exclusive use of the Main Room, with one of our caretakers on-site throughout. Mill Hill station connects you to central London, and with parking for 90 cars right outside, your guests won't circle looking for spaces. The room opens onto our grounds, perfect for drinks on the lawn or activities that complement your indoor celebration.
