Our park transforms completely when you book the Entire Venue for your celebration. Two acres of woodland and wetland become your private domain, with the modern visitor centre at its heart overlooking Regent's Canal where narrowboats glide past throughout your event. The main space holds 200 guests for standing receptions or 120 seated for dinner, with those dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows bringing the outside in. We've watched countless parties unfold here, from 50th birthdays where guests wander the woodland paths between courses to corporate celebrations that spill onto the canal-side deck. The perforated ceiling creates interesting light patterns while keeping acoustics perfect for both speeches and dancing. Your guests arrive just minutes from King's Cross and St Pancras, then find themselves surrounded by birdsong and water. The sliding glass doors open completely onto our deck, where we often set up drinks receptions under the canopy while herons fish in the canal below. Inside, wooden furniture keeps things warm and natural, and we arrange the layout exactly as you need, whether that's cabaret style for 90 or theatre seating for 100. Everything runs smoothly with our in-house catering and fully stocked bar. The projector and WiFi handle any presentations, while air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable. We've hosted wedding receptions where couples exchange vows by the pond, birthday parties with pond-dipping for children, and company celebrations where teams use the meadow for activities between sessions. The building itself showcases environmental design with natural cooling and rainwater systems, fitting perfectly with the wildlife setting.
