The Function Room at Simmons Bar | Monument brings the raw energy of East London's party scene right into the heart of the City. This industrial-inspired space combines exposed brick walls with neon artwork that catches your eye as soon as you walk in, creating an atmosphere that's equal parts warehouse party and sophisticated night out. We've designed this room to handle up to 150 standing guests comfortably, with high tables and stools positioned throughout so people can set down their drinks and chat without feeling cramped. The private bar runs along one side, fully stocked and ready to serve your guests all night, while our dedicated DJ booth sits perfectly positioned to fill the space with sound. The lighting system transforms from warm and welcoming during arrival drinks to full party mode as the night progresses. What makes our Function Room particularly special is how we've kept the flexibility you need for your event. We know every party is different, so while we provide the DJ facilities and sound system, you're welcome to bring your own DJ or curate your own playlist. The same goes for catering – we're happy for you to work with external caterers who understand exactly what your guests want to eat. Practical details matter too. We've installed proper air conditioning that actually works when the dance floor fills up, and our Wi-Fi stays strong even with 150 phones connected. The private restrooms mean your guests won't need to leave the party, and with our 3am licence, there's no rush to wrap things up. Getting here couldn't be easier.
