Walking through the doors of Mr Fogg's House of Botanicals feels like discovering a secret botanical expedition headquarters hidden in plain sight on Fitzrovia's Newman Street. We've transformed all 48 Newman Street into a two-floor paradise where exotic plants climb the walls and botanical specimens fill every corner, creating the perfect backdrop for parties that guests actually remember. The ground floor Botanical Tavern sets the tone immediately with those giant windows we're rather proud of - they flood the space with natural light that makes our thousands of plants practically glow. The rich wood paneling behind our bar creates a warm contrast to all that greenery, while vintage-style lamps cast an amber glow across the extensive spirit collection. We've arranged high cushioned stools and plush floral-patterned chairs throughout, giving your guests plenty of spots to settle in with their drinks between dancing. That flower-adorned spiral staircase everyone photographs leads up to our Treehouse, where wisteria drapes overhead and botanical artwork covers every wall. The floral furnishings up here create an almost secret-garden atmosphere, complete with its own private bar tucked among the foliage. Those expansive windows offer views across Fitzrovia while keeping that greenhouse feeling alive. Our cocktail menu features botanical-inspired creations using ingredients you won't find elsewhere, while the kitchen serves proper fuel for celebrations - hearty sandwiches, juicy burgers, and Sunday roasts that incorporate unusual botanicals into dishes that surprise without being precious. With the Whole Venue hire, you get both floors for up to 200 guests, perfect for weddings, milestone birthdays, or corporate celebrations where you want something beyond the usual function room.
