The Punchbowl Main Room is where Russian art meets model railways, and somehow it all makes perfect sense. Our ground floor space welcomes up to 130 guests for standing receptions or seats 100 comfortably for more formal gatherings, with rich dark wood furnishings and burgundy leather seating creating that proper pub atmosphere everyone loves. We've kept the original features that give the room its character, from the high ceilings to the large windows that flood the space with natural light during daytime events. The walls showcase an eclectic collection of posters and artwork that spark conversations, while our working model railway adds an unexpected touch of whimsy that guests always remember. The bar takes centre stage with our Enomatic wine dispenser and an impressive selection of craft beers, wines and vermouths, including fourteen cask ales and two vermouths on draught. When evening falls, the fireplace creates a warm focal point, particularly popular during winter celebrations. Our kitchen serves everything from pretzel burgers and tacos to proper Sunday roasts, with dedicated vegan and children's menus ensuring everyone's well catered for. For corporate presentations or screening parties, we've installed a large screen with full audio-visual capabilities. The space transforms brilliantly from daytime meetings to evening celebrations, with facilities for DJs and live bands plus a proper dance floor when furniture's rearranged.
