Part of our basement suite at Balls Brothers Minster Court, we've designed this space to work as hard as you do, whether that's morning presentations or evening celebrations. Dark wood flooring meets patterned carpets in designated areas, creating natural zones for networking and dancing. We've positioned the private bar strategically, so your guests can grab drinks without disrupting the flow of your event. The projector and flatscreen TV integrate seamlessly into the décor, ready for everything from product launches to party playlists. Round tables dot the space when configured for dining, each seating eight comfortably. Our catering team brings dishes directly from the kitchen upstairs, keeping food hot and fresh. The vegan and gluten-free options come as standard across all our menus, properly integrated rather than last-minute additions. Your dedicated bar stays open until 0:30am, though we can extend this when you need those extra hours. The room connects to our other basement spaces, Chablis and Burgundy, through soundproof partitions. Open these up and you've got the entire Minster Suite for 280 standing guests.
