The Conference & Meeting Hall at Refettorio Felix welcomes you with those distinctive teal walls that shift beautifully as daylight moves through our large windows. Ilse Crawford designed this space to feel different from typical event venues, and guests often comment on how the warm pendant lighting and scattered greenery create an atmosphere that's both professional and relaxed. We've hosted everything from wedding receptions to milestone birthdays in this adaptable hall. The raised stage has seen its share of memorable moments, from live bands getting everyone dancing to emotional speeches that bring tears. With our PA system and those naturally excellent acoustics, every word carries perfectly whether you're addressing 40 guests or 150. Our flexible layout works beautifully for different party styles. We can arrange our 12 large dining tables for 100 seated guests enjoying a formal dinner, or clear the floor completely when you want space for dancing and mingling. Those comfortable soft seating areas become popular spots during parties, giving guests somewhere quieter to catch up while staying part of the celebration. The professional kitchen opens up real possibilities for your event. Many hosts work with our trusted catering partners, though you're welcome to bring your own team. We have 100 chairs ready, full wheelchair accessibility throughout, and yes, the Wi-Fi handles all your guests' Instagram stories without dropping out.
