The wood-panelled walls of our Library create an atmosphere where ideas flow as naturally as conversation. This characterful room accommodates up to 25 guests theatre-style, though we find most groups prefer the boardroom layout for 20, where the warm timber surroundings seem to encourage more engaged discussion than typical conference rooms manage. We've kept the original built-in shelving, now home to carefully chosen artwork and decorative pieces that give the space genuine personality. The soft lighting works particularly well for afternoon sessions, when natural light filters through without creating glare on presentation screens. Our carpet absorbs sound beautifully, so even animated debates stay contained within these walls. For training sessions, we can arrange classroom seating for 13, giving everyone proper desk space for laptops and materials. The U-shaped configuration for 14 proves popular with leadership teams who want everyone to maintain eye contact during strategic planning. Whatever layout you choose, the proportions of the room keep things feeling spacious rather than cramped. The Library sits within our main building, making it simple for delegates to pop out for coffee breaks in our lounge bar or take urgent calls in the garden. Being just outside Broughty Ferry means your team gets proper thinking space away from office interruptions, yet Dundee city centre remains close for those travelling by train. We provide complimentary Wi-Fi throughout, and there's always plenty of free parking right outside.
