Our Chairmans Suite brings together everything you need for productive meetings in one carefully designed space. We've configured this versatile room to accommodate various meeting styles. For boardroom discussions, we can seat 40 around our large central table, perfect for strategic planning sessions where everyone needs to see each other clearly. When you need classroom-style learning, we reconfigure for 63 participants, while theatre setup works well for presentations to 20 guests. The U-shaped arrangement, also seating 40, proves particularly effective for training workshops where interaction matters. Your presentations run smoothly with our projector screen and flip chart stand already in place. Though the suite doesn't have windows, our overhead lighting creates a bright, focused environment that keeps energy levels up throughout long sessions.
