Our Drawing Room feels more like gathering in a friend's creative living space than sitting in another corporate meeting room. Through the large windows, Queens Park spreads out before you, flooding the space with natural light that changes throughout the day. We've arranged comfortable seating for up to 12 around our white boardroom table, mixing plush red-cushioned chairs with soft armchairs so everyone finds their perfect spot. The artistic chalkboard illustrations covering the walls started as a temporary feature, but our guests loved them so much we kept them, they seem to spark conversations and fresh ideas during meetings. The HD screen connects seamlessly to your devices for presentations, backed by our superfast WiFi that handles multiple video calls without breaking a sweat. Above the table, warm pendant lights create just the right atmosphere, whether you're deep in discussion or wrapping up afternoon negotiations. We know meetings run on caffeine and good food, so our tea and coffee station stays stocked throughout your booking. When hunger strikes, we can arrange anything from light snacks to proper lunches from Winnie's Café downstairs, using ingredients from local Southampton suppliers. Flip boards, notepads and pens come standard, though most groups end up sketching ideas on our chalkboard walls. The best part about meeting at our venue is everything else disappears. Your team can arrive via our private parking (with EV charging if needed), settle into focused work, break for lunch without leaving the building, and even squeeze in a session at our studio gym between agenda items.
