Meeting Two combines practical functionality with those Glasgow skyline views that catch your eye mid-presentation. We've positioned the tables and chairs to make the most of the natural light flooding through our floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a workspace that feels open rather than boxed in. The room works well for different group sizes and meeting styles. When you need everyone around one table for strategic discussions, we set up boardroom style for 16 people. For training sessions where participants need desk space for laptops and notes, our classroom layout accommodates 12 comfortably. Theatre configuration fits 35 for presentations, while U-shape works brilliantly for 18 when you want that collaborative workshop feel. Planning a networking reception? We can host up to 40 people standing. Our technical setup includes everything you'd expect: complimentary Wi-Fi that actually works under pressure, plus audio-visual equipment that's included in your booking price. The large whiteboard gets plenty of use during brainstorming sessions, and the projector screen is positioned so everyone has a clear view, regardless of where they're seated. Between sessions, your team can stretch out on the leather sofas in the adjoining lounge area. It's become a favourite spot for those quick catch-ups or when someone needs to take a call. The coffee house downstairs serves proper barista coffee throughout the day, along with sandwiches and hot food, so nobody has to venture out searching for lunch. Getting here is straightforward, just off the M8 with 50 free parking spaces right outside our building. We're a 10-15 minute walk from the city centre, close enough to be convenient but far enough to avoid the traffic headaches.
