We've configured the space with a large U-shaped table that seats 22 comfortably for boardroom meetings, though we can reconfigure for up to 50 in theatre style when you need a larger presentation format. The black ceiling and walls might sound unusual, but they create remarkable focus during intensive discussions, while natural light streams in from our adjacent atrium, preventing that closed-in feeling many meeting rooms suffer from. Our built-in screen and AV equipment handle everything from PowerPoint presentations to video conferences, and the complimentary Wi-Fi reaches every corner reliably. We regularly host formal business presentations, corporate AGMs, and training sessions here. For classroom setups, we accommodate 27 delegates, while cabaret style works well for 30 when you want roundtable discussions with presentation capability.
