Perched above our main auditorium, Mezzanine One gives your delegates a bird's eye view of the action below while providing the perfect retreat for coffee breaks and networking sessions. The industrial charm of exposed ceiling beams creates an interesting contrast with the polished round cocktail tables below, each topped with fresh greenery that brightens the neutral palette. We've configured this space to encourage conversation and movement. Your 40 guests can easily flow between the cocktail tables for informal chats or gather around our two long catering stations draped in crisp black linen. The setup works particularly well when you need delegates to quickly grab refreshments between sessions, with chafing dishes keeping food at the right temperature and beverage stations positioned for easy access. The overhead lighting keeps everything bright and energetic throughout the day, compensating for the lack of natural light with a warm, welcoming glow. We find the elevated position creates an interesting dynamic, delegates often comment on how the perspective shift helps them see their discussions from a new angle, quite literally.
