We've arranged round tables with black linens and modern grey seating for collaborative sessions, though our team can quickly reconfigure the layout to suit your specific needs, whether that's classroom rows for 50 attendees or a U-shape arrangement for 30 participants. The room comes equipped with everything required for effective presentations. A projector and flip chart are ready for use, while our high-speed WiFi keeps everyone connected throughout your session. Though the space relies on artificial lighting rather than windows, we've ensured bright, even illumination that maintains energy levels during long meetings. Your delegates arrive easily from York railway station, less than a mile away, with direct connections from London, Edinburgh and Manchester. We provide parking at £17 per night for those driving.
