Our Winton Room combines 16th-century character with everything your meeting needs to run smoothly. Period windows flood this ground-floor space with natural light, while original chandeliers and wall sconces create a warm atmosphere that encourages productive discussions. We've designed this room to work for different meeting styles. The boardroom layout seats 30 comfortably around our polished tables, perfect for strategy sessions or client presentations. Need more space? We can arrange classroom seating for 40, theatre style for 100, or U-shape for 25. The raised platform at the back works brilliantly as a refreshment station during breaks or a registration area when you're welcoming delegates. Air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable during intense workshops, and our high-speed WiFi handles video calls and cloud presentations without a hitch. The LCD projector and screen are already set up, so you can start presenting straightaway. We find the combination of modern tech and historic surroundings helps teams think differently, away from typical office meeting rooms. During breaks, your colleagues can step into our walled garden, where many groups continue their discussions over coffee. The informal lounge provides another space for those impromptu conversations that often prove most valuable. Our kitchen team can arrange working lunches in the room or seated meals in our restaurant, depending on your schedule. Getting here couldn't be simpler. We're about half a mile from Winchester station, an easy walk even with laptops and presentation materials. If your team drives, the M3, A34 and A31 all lead directly to Winchester. Despite our central location on a quiet street, parking is manageable and we're happy to advise on the best options when you book.
