We've arranged 120 grey upholstered chairs with chrome frames in neat rows, though we regularly reconfigure the room depending on what works best for each booking - from 40 people around U-shaped tables for training workshops to 60 in classroom style for seminars. The ceiling-mounted lighting provides consistent illumination across the entire room, which matters when people are taking notes or working through detailed presentations. We've installed an LCD projector and screen that handle everything from PowerPoint slides to video conferences, supported by high-speed Wi-Fi that keeps pace when dozens of devices connect simultaneously.
