Training Room 2 sits right beside our reception area, making it easy for your delegates to find their way. This 300 square metre space is our largest room, comfortably hosting up to 60 people when arranged theatre-style, though we regularly reconfigure it for smaller groups too. The room gets plenty of natural light through its large windows, and we've chosen colourful chairs that add energy to the space without being distracting. What works particularly well here is the flexibility - we can set up boardroom style for 24, classroom arrangement for 40, or cabaret style when you want people working in smaller groups. The U-shaped layout fits 24 and works brilliantly for training sessions where everyone needs to see each other. Your delegates will appreciate having their own kitchen area built into the room. No queuing for coffee or walking down corridors during breaks - everything stays contained within your space. The open-plan breakout area means people can step away for informal chats without leaving the room entirely. We find this setup keeps energy levels up throughout long training days. For presentations, we provide a projector with full AV support, and the Wi-Fi handles multiple devices without dropping out. Flip charts are ready for brainstorming sessions, and we can arrange laptops if some delegates arrive without their own. Our building is genuinely accessible throughout. We're part of Disabled Living charity, so accessibility isn't an afterthought - it's fundamental to how we operate. Getting here is straightforward too. Manchester Victoria station is a short walk away, and there's free parking right outside on the street. For those preferring secure parking, there's an affordable option nearby. Training sessions, seminars, team meetings, and small exhibitions all work well in this space. The room adapts to whatever you need, whether that's intensive workshop activities or more formal presentation-based events.
