The John Day Hall welcomes up to 150 delegates in our most versatile space, where exposed wooden beams stretch across the vaulted ceiling and natural light pours through the high windows lining the upper walls. We've hosted everything from annual conferences to training days here, with the flexibility to arrange seating exactly as you need it. The wooden beams add character while maintaining excellent acoustics for presentations. Our large projection screen sits prominently at the front, paired with AV equipment that makes running your event straightforward. We can set up theatre-style rows for larger presentations, classroom layouts for training sessions, or boardroom configurations for more collaborative meetings. The space adapts to your requirements, not the other way around. Getting here couldn't be simpler. We're positioned on Leeds Old Road between Bradford and Leeds, with quick access from the M62 and regular bus services stopping nearby. Free parking removes arrival stress, with spaces available right outside including accessible bays close to our entrance. Once inside, the hall sits on our accessible ground floor, with lift access available throughout the building.
